1980s Marithé François Girbaud Navy Belted Wide-Leg Pants

1980s Marithé François Girbaud Closed wide-leg pants in deep navy. Cut with a very wide, high-rise silhouette and finished with a matching oversized belt integrated through the waistband. Detailed with front welt pockets, large rear patch pockets and subtle tonal stitching throughout. Produced in Italy from a soft viscose-polyester blend. The exaggerated proportions and structured waistband are characteristic of Girbaud’s early experimental trouser design.

Good vintage condition with light general wear consistent with age.
