Refund policy

Due to the nature of vintage, archival, and one-of-a-kind garments, we encourage customers to carefully review all product details, measurements, and photographs before purchasing. If an item arrives significantly not as described or if an error has occurred on our side, we will of course work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

We accept returns in accordance with applicable EU consumer regulations. If you are based within the EU, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Orders shipped outside the EU are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@ymosiah.com within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be sent back in the same condition as received, including all original packaging and tags where applicable.

 

Please note:

• We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, damaged, stained, or otherwise changed after delivery.

• Many of our pieces are vintage, archival, or one-of-a-kind. Minor signs of age or wear may be present and will be reflected in the product description and/or photographs.

• We strongly recommend reviewing all measurements, descriptions, and images carefully before purchasing to ensure the desired fit and condition expectations.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received differs significantly from its description.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

If an item arrives with significant undisclosed flaws or damage not mentioned in the listing, we are happy to review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
